5. AI-Powered Data Processing
immoMatch.ai uses AI agents to create property valuations, optimize listings, and qualify prospects. These automated processes are based on data provided by you and publicly available market data. 6. Data Hosting and Storage Location
Our infrastructure is operated on Microsoft Azure Switzerland North (Zurich). All personal data is stored and processed in Switzerland. Data is generally not transferred abroad unless adequate safeguards exist under Art. 16 ff. nFADP.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
We only share your personal data with third parties in the following cases:
- To valuation service providers (e.g., IAZI, PriceHubble, Wüest Partner) for creating property valuations, in anonymized or pseudonymized form where possible
- To real estate portals (e.g., Homegate, ImmoScout24) for publishing your listings, provided you have issued a sales mandate
- To authorities when we are legally obligated to do so
- To processors who support us in providing our services (e.g., hosting providers), with appropriate contractual agreements
8. Contact Form and Formspree
Our contact form uses the service Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA) to process your messages. Your submitted data is transmitted to Formspree servers. Formspree commits to maintaining adequate data protection standards. Further information can be found in Formspree's privacy policy.

Our website currently does not use any tracking cookies or analytics tools. No personal usage data is shared with third parties.
