3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Model A — Success Commission (1%): The commission of 1% of the sale price is only due upon successful completion of sale (notarial certification). The invoice is payable within 30 days of certification.

Model B — SaaS Subscription: The monthly subscription from CHF 149 is payable in advance. The subscription can be cancelled monthly. Upon cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period.

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and, unless otherwise stated, include VAT (where applicable).

The liability of immoMatch.ai is in any case limited to the amount of remuneration paid by the client. Damages from gross negligence or willful misconduct are reserved.

7. Contract Duration and Termination

Success Commission: The brokerage mandate applies until the sale is completed or until written termination by either party. Termination is possible at any time with 14 days notice. If successful brokerage occurs before the termination period expires, the commission obligation remains.

SaaS Subscription: Cancellable monthly at the end of the current billing period.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the website, software, AI agents, and related content belong to immoMatch.ai. AI-generated listings and texts created as part of a sales mandate may be used by the client for the agreed purpose.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for non-performance of its obligations insofar as this is due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), including natural events, governmental measures, system failures, or disruptions by third-party providers.

11. Severability Clause

If individual provisions of these Terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction are reserved.

13. Amendments

immoMatch.ai reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments are published on the website and take effect upon publication. For material changes, existing clients will be informed in advance.
